Thats the oddest thing I've ever heard off, truck drivers in IRAQ not being allowed to carry a weapon. In Texas they just changed the law so anyone thats not in a gang can carry in their car without a permit. Every state allows you to keep a weapon in your house as well as transport one, and the majority of states will let you carry concealed after a 2 day class. Is this still a policy? Did they give any penalties if they caught you with a weapon?
