How did you get the software for the code magic?

hey umm does it matter what type of flashdrive......... because when I put my flashdrive in while codebreaker is up codebreaker freezes. Is that because my flashdrive isnt capatable with the PS2? Well I hope your video will help me with setting this up!!!!!
