***YOUTUBE, PLEASE READ EVERY WORD OF THIS BEFORE DECIDING TO REMOVE ANY OF MY VIDEOS***

I download videos that were uploaded to YouTube, and then I edit them and re-upload the newly-edited YouTube videos back to YouTube.

Since the videos I have uploaded to YouTube were edited by me, those new versions of the video become my property. Not the video(s) used, mind you, just this specific new formation of the frames compounded into one video clip. These videos are in no way infringing on anyones copyright, and are all in good taste. No "bashing" of any kind is going on. If the videos are interpreted as such by other users -- that is simply not my problem. I state as often as I can that I do not hate Chris Crocker -- at all. There are many, many more Crocker spoof videos out there that you should be concerned with, as most of them actually are made with hate in mind -- and that is most certainly NOT the case here.

Thusly, if YouTube should ever decide to remove them, it would be blatant disregard to their very own rule as stated here:

YouTube Privacy Notice: Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your playback or profile pages, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.

If YouTube removes any of my re-edits, they would be going against their own rule. And subsequently removing any traffic to their website that I bring, which, I don't mean to brag here, but it's getting more and more sizeable as the days go by...So yeah, that wouldn't exactly be the best of ideas to remove my Channel in cold blood like that.

This is not a threat to YouTube in any way, shape or form. Just consider this a peace treaty and merely a friendly laying-out of what it is I'm doing, and why it isn't wrong by my terms, YouTube's terms, or anyone elses.

And besides, I'll be bringing SERIOUS traffic to your website -- so, in other words -- don't delete my videos or my account and WE WILL ALL WIN! Stop worrying and JUST HAVE FUN! LIVE!
