I often intimidate people because I have a formidable aura.
Every time I ask my classmates and friends what their first impression of me was, they would all automatically say "maldita.
Maybe it has something to do with how I carry myself.
However, in most cases, this undesirable impression of me changes when they get to know me better.
They find out that in spite of being spunky, I could also be nice to those who are also nice to me.
My true friends learn to understand and put up with my moods.
When I'm mad, they'd just steer away from me and give me space.
Then when I feel like talking to them again, it's as if nothing ever happened.
On the other hand, unlike them, newbies are yet to discover the patterns, causes and soothing of my temper.
Aside from being "maldita, people are often swayed by their impression that I'm intelligent.
They easily attach that adjective to me.
Some people also get the impression that I'm shy because I don't talk much when I'm new in a crowd
Other adjectives that they usually attribute to me are strong, talented, frank, honest, hard-working, creative, God-fearing and hard to please.
I want people to see Jesus in me despite my flaws and faults and be able to accept and love me for who I am. No need for the emplary praises just plain appreciation and understanding of who I really am..
