Shashamane Sunrise is a volunteer organization committed to the support of children education in the developing world. We focus on raising funds for school supplies and funding staff salaries and capital development projects in the schools. Shashamane Sunrise was founded in 2005 following a trip to the JRDC school in Shashamane Ethiopia. This visit brought to life the fact that relatively small contributions of time and money can have a significant impact in the education of young people.
