School Sisters of Notre Dame

This channel is managed by and for the School Sisters of Notre Dame in Africa, Asia and North America, specifically the Atlantic-Midwest Province, the Central Pacific Province and the Province of Africa. 

The School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSND) are an international congregation of nearly 2,000 vowed women religious who have dedicated themselves to a lifestyle of prayer, community and service. As transformative educators responding to the urgent needs of the Earth and God's peoples, the Sisters educate with the conviction that the world can be changed by enabling persons to reach their potential. SSND minister with a global vision and are committed to living the Gospel mission of Jesus. As women of hope, we seek to empower women, youth and persons who are poor or marginalized and strive to change systems of poverty and injustice.
