We've been eating meat for thousands of years. I'm not going to go vegan because you push propaganda down my throat.

Man evolved by eating a diet centered around the most evolved vegetable - grains. Healthy, long lasting civilizations were built around their cultivation. When societies ate a diet centered around animal products and other extremes, these extremes overstimulated and desensitized mans brain and dualistic delusional thinking grew, giving rise to social institutions to fight diseases - physical/spiritual/social . They quickly degenerate, everything goes haywire and it destroys itself with disease and delusional human relationships, ending in divorse and war.

When our ancestors began eating meat it gave them the extra protein needed for their brains to grow larger. We started our as scavangers but, as our brains began to grow, we became smart enough to make weapons which we used to hunt and kill large prey. Nature selected us to be the top predator. Thats why they call it natural selection.
