	That's not the issue. Japan bombed us in 1942. Does that mean Japan is an immanent threat to the U.S. today? NO. Saddam was a bad guy. No one disputes that. But because he pointed scud missiles at Israel 20 years ago did that make him an immanent threat to the U.S. in the year 2002? U.S. intelligence said NO & Bush was given multiple reports confirming that. Bush then LIED to the country and claimed the opposite. We were led into war under false pretenses and thousands died because of it. (30 minutes ago)

	Frank - yes actually it was. That is why this case law is studied because Bugliosi convicted Manson for murder even though he did not actually physically commit any of the murders. The Manson case is just one out of his 30+ years of practice Er, now what is your conviction rate? How many have you put away? (3 hours ago)
	Frank - No, not "we will see" the evidence has been produced. One cannot deny it's existence. The intel reports are there. The scrubbed white papers are there. Bush's speech is real. Real people watched it because it really happened. There is real video, audio and transcripts of his words. So it's not "we will see." Good to see someone trying to get the word out to the dumb, unfeeling, uneducated masses. If only we had started developing this technology centuries ago.....
