The Evil Dr B has been broadcasting from his Lost Island for the last six thousand years. He recently kidnapped the rock group 'The Tones,' and has taken them to his lost island so that he can ransom them to their fans to raise the money needed to build a giant super-computer with which Dr B plans to take over the world. And maybe have a cup of tea. Dr B is also a Professor of Leprechaunology, Guardian of the Fishbucket, founder of the school for bear wrestling and also the inventor of clowns.
