First off, I want to congratulate you on making the decision to maximize your life efficiency, 30 seconds at a time!
A lot of times people ask me why I chose 30 seconds. I ask them if they got 30 seconds to listen.  If you do, keep reading.  If you don't, go look up 15 second guy.   Let me cut to the chase- I've hit upon a new way of living that allows for excessive free time for more goal oriented activities.  When you plan to do something fast, guess what?  You're able to do it pretty fast.  Usually 30 seconds or less.  I am a life efficiency expert and I have patents pending.  I am available for well compensated consultations with pay based on how many 30 second intervals of help you need with your life efficiency.  
Things used to take too long.  They don't anymore.
