Romania ans Moldova are practically the same people. But we are still separated like the Koreans... The communist government in Moldova is still supporting the mass brainwash begun in the Soviet period to make people forget about their national identity. Moldova is a historical Romanian region that is now split between Romania, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine. The people in the Romanian region of Moldova and the Republic of Moldova speak Romanian with a Moldavian accent. But the communists in Chisinau and their supporters claim that this is a "Moldavian language", a theory that emerged in the Soviet period. It is totally false, you cannot even call it a dialect much less a language. They are Romanians. I want the United Nations to support stopping these lies.
