An Arvin record player caught my eye at L&L Fleateque. It's not very kind to vinyl, so on this channel I'll play OLD BEAT UP 45's on it. Some new vids will feature my General Electric and a Realistic Portaplay.
The Channel name says it all, "LO-FI". It sounds tinny, 'cause the player sounds tinny. I can't explain it, but I like it :D
Some of us remember having players like these in our childhood. They hold a certain fascination that, at least for me, can't be denied.

	queenbee345622 \| March 30, 2008 I used to play a portable AC/DC Radio/Record Player Combo as a child. It was about 12x12x3 in size.Eventually, the cartridge went bad, and only the radio worked. I got another off ebay, exact model, but different manufacturer.(my luck, the sound on the phono does not work) It was fun. Your videos remind me of it. Thanks!!!
