Does anyone know where to get more information on the POW/MIA issue in Vietnam? I'm thinking about doing a documentary on it for my senior year thesis.

I just watched this video, and others, of John McCain and his approach towards the POW/MIA issue. He is an American traitor and has personally prevented the homecoming of hundreds of abandoned POW's in Southeast Asia. McCain is a full time advocate for the biggest cover-up in U.S. history.

..and how does America repay him? By giving him a presidential nomination and possibly it's candidacy. Shit runs deep in Washington politics, and we don't even know the half of it.

I can't even watch this all the way through once without getting angry and needing to walk away!

Dolores, I would not have been able to speak with McCain and maintain a professional composure like you did. Thank you for all you have done.

~The Measure of The Man~

Anyone who has had an adversarial relationship with John McCain will tell you that there are few with less self-control than the senator from Arizona. Yet few have been able to look beyond McCain, the POW, to examine his political record, as if it were taboo somehow to be critical of a former prisoner of war.

Since his return from Hanoi, McCain has ...

~Ignored pleas of POW/MIA Family Members for his political influence in the overall POW/MIA Issue as well as with their individual cases

~Verbally abused POW/MIA Family Members in public and private

~Attempted to negatively influence those who testified before the 1992 Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs

~Diminished legislation that gave oversight and protection to the families

~Dismantled protection to any future servicemen that go missing.

McCain walking out of a hearing in a huff. And how often would we see that if he actually became President? The POW/MIA issues he is trying so hard to avoid and/or cover up are not going to just go away, much as he'd like them to. And all his bluster and bull-**** don't change the facts at all. The American people need to wake up and see this man for what he is: a coward, a traitor, and a manipulator of facts. He should never have held public office in the first place, never mind running for President.
