I agree with you on the evil part, as that IS the Master, but this one, I think he had a bit of a change due to the Time War or whatever, as Simm's Master isn't what I'd call evil, he was a sociopath in every sence of the word. Before he was great at using manipulation and trickery, now he seems to have completly lost it. But, I personally like that, gives him a new edge :P Well, there is the ring. You couldn't really kill off the Master form the show, as Doctor Who just wouldn't be the same without him.

Tweekin' an' bleeping etc. (but stayed away from the drugs) Recently I had a number 4 at the barbers for the summer. That's a haircut, not a chart hit. I had long hair many moons ago. Back in '81 Father Christmas at Tesco's gave me a damn handbag. Yes I was THAT girly looking :(

Which just made it ten times cooler, and made it get away with more things. The part where he feels that dead women's breast just creeped me out alot. Weird fetish if you ask me:)
