I am Korean and one of whome really want to know the exact meaning of Kori (or Kuyi). According to historians, the names Korea and Koguryeo derived from Kori. The name Koguryeo has the meanings of "High, Great and Center of the world" Someone really has to let others know, not only Koreans but also others who call me Korea Kori. I have heard the tribes around Lake Baikal still call Korea Kori or Kuri.
