Thank you so much. First time on but will be back Alot. I really like the pulling notes from the scale thing. I do get real predictable because I always goes with what feels right at the time or easy. I am going to work really hard at this. The best three minute guitar lesson I ever had.

Hey Dave! I really respect you for taking the time w/ Riff of the Week. I've been playing for a year and a half now, and your lessons have given me some good exposure to modes (and whatnot). I'm just getting into improv and I am still trying to memorize all of the fretboard notes. Once I get these two things out of the way I am sure that your lessons will even be of MORE value to me!
