I did it for an hour. It wuz pretty fun. I just played on my mom's cell phone the whole time. I can't wait till earth hour 2009 =)

I think we should inform them in an educated or provoking manner...
like airing "An Inconvenient Truth" documentary on public television...
I think it will do some help!

But i still believe Earth Hour 2009 will make a GREAT impact!

I found out about this March 29 and i didn't know everyone turning off lights and i want to be part of it, i did turn off my light in my room does that count? and some lights in my mom house? I want to help ^_^

i think that what Syndey did was a really smart thing. they were aware and they wanted to do something, and they did. now it's a world-wide event. everyone should really take place in this next year if you didn't this year. i know i'm participating again! :D

Whether one believes global warming is a hoax or not...what do you believe? Personally I believe that when I die I will go to a place where I will be judged by my maker and I want Him to say; "Well done good and faithful servant." That includes but not limited to my taking care of the planet He created for me to live on, that I wasn't arrogant, ignorant or wasteful.
And if you don't believe then you have more faith then anyone.

You are missing the point. I am not disputing that we are polluting the planet and that drastic changes are needed to continue our planets survival, I am saying that the global warming scare as portrayed by the liberal media is a hoax and some people like Al Gore are becoming very wealthy from it.
