Congrats on the partnership and getting your video back Greg! She wants a response from you, and my opinion is you have given this ding bat enough attention as is. Believe me there are a handful...oh sorry...LOTS of people who are not happy with the way MyRealityBytes (such a fitting name for this woman) has been handling herself.

Funny thing is she keeps pming me even though I cannot respond because she blocked me?! Anyways be safe.

My video, which was frivolously DMCA'd by that woman, has been reinstated by YouTube. It is now my featured video.

The woman, in an act of bitterness and defiance, has commented that she will now file another frivolous DMCA against the same video, in an attempt to get it removed again.

This says a lot about the level of immaturity and pettiness of the woman involved.

There's just one small problem with Ms. Byte's scenario;

She holds up a "copy" of a faxed DMCA counter claim...I didn't fax my DMCA counter claim.
My counter claim was sent, in writing, to YouTube's counter claim mailing address.
This brings up one of two possibilities...

1) Someone (thinking he or she is doing me a favor) faxed a 2nd DMCA counter claim.

-Or-

2) This is some sort of hoax that Ms. Bytes is trying to perpetrate.

I'm leaning towards her attempting to perpetrate a hoax, for the following reasons...

Why would someone fax a fake DMCA counter claim (which leaves an origin/date/time signature), when they could file it with complete anonymity by using YouTube's counter claim email address or their counter claim snail mail address?
Plus, how convenient that "DMCA counter claim" just happens to be hand written on the top of an otherwise type written piece of paper...in letters large and bold enough to be seen by the camera.

Her claim to have an "attorney" seems very suspect also.
Any "attorney" worth his salt would always advise a client to never comment on any possible pending litigation...and yet she comments, on video, for several minutes.
Plus, she comments that she may "have to hire an attorney to get a subpoena." Why would she have to "hire" an attorney if she already "has" an attorney?
I'm thinking that Ms. RealtyBytes...like a snake in a wood pile.

Of course, there are many people on YouTube who do not like Ms. Bytes because of the false DMCA claim she filed, and I'm sure there exists a possibility that many fake DMCA counter claims could begin being filed against her from persons all around the United States, thus bogging her and her "attorney" down in endless, wild goose chases, as they attempt to find their actual origins.
However, I advise against anyone doing that.

Ms. Bytes also states...

"...he will have his video (the one I filed a DMCA on) reinstated!"

My dear, my video has been back up on YouTube (for all intents and purposes) for ten days now. It is prominently displayed on my YouTube channel, and will soon have ten thousand (10,000) views.
So, getting my video "reinstated" is really a moot point.
