OK, so my 'Sitting in Chairs' CD desperately needs a companion w/ all your new songs (I've been listening to poor-quality recordings of your Knitting Factory show all morning) So, given your recent financial woes, I have a proposition. By my count, you have at LEAST 8 quality new songs, probably more that I have not heard. I am CERTAIN we could get 50 people to front $10-$15 for you to go back into Saxon and lay these tracks down - I know I would be first in line. Those fronting the money would get a CD for their trouble (ooh, may be a SIGNED CD), and you would have a new CD. Am I way off?

hay i just wanted to say that you have some of the most thoughtful lyrics i have ever heard lots of people can have one or two good songs but all of yours are great. you have a true talent dont ever give that up. oh yeah and dont stop with the little facial thing you do when your singing. i love it. it makes you eunic.

Hey, I was at your show last night (Knitting Factory). To be honest, I only heard of both you and Julia no more than 6 hours before the show when one of my friends was like "wanna go see a show?" and send a Youtube link. I went along for fun.
I gotta say, I was really impressed by your set, you're a really good musician and I enjoyed listening to your songs. You had a nice balance between vocals and guitar. Not only did you have a great voice, but your guitar work was really awesome as well. To top it all off, you actually seemed like you were putting feeling into the songs unlike most artists of today which was the icing on the cake. In short, I really enjoyed listening and have been inspired to become a better musician myself. Thanks! |
