My name is Philip McCluskey and I have been loving a raw vegan lifestyle for two years. I have lost nearly 200 lbs to date and you know what? It was easy! From my transformation from 400 lbs, I have tried every diet on the planet, and almost went through with gastric bypass surgery, and I can honestly say that this is the answer you have been looking for.

No meal plans to purchase, pills to take, or doctors to visit. Just fresh organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. Seems hard, well it wasn't, and I will tell you how I did it. Overcoming obesity and healthy weight loss is just one decision away.
