Hi Mary, when I was a teenager in the early eighties, a cousin and myself played a lot of music from the fifties and sixties thanks to our parents old 45rpm's, we loved the girl group sound, you girls really stood out amongst the other soft looking girl groups of the time, unfortunatley our acsess to this music was limited, eg. we only ever knew 'Leader oF the Pack' and 'Walkin in the Sand', but now thanks to the internet, I have acsess to a lot of your music, and it has just blown me away, so here's my oppurtunity to say thank you so much for making my teen years so enjoyable- take good care, Paul:-)

I saw the Shangri las in Winnipeg in the 1960s. I believe Gene Pitney was on the bill with you and the Crystals I dont remember the other singers now.
I remember we stood outside the old auditorium and hoped to
see all of you when you came out to the bus.
