	13.3 ~ Dear YouTube, Do You Care? (14 hours ago) I dont know. i even thought it may be possible that some of the most viewed partners could have complained. my opinion is that auto-play should be a function that can be enabled or disabled, by going to your channel options.

(14 hours ago) but the question remains. why did yt do it? and was it the outcry against the change, that caused them to return back to only partners having autoplay? Another scenario is that they were tweaking with some of the other aspects of the site. notice how yesterday, there was a vudeo icon under all the videos with the option to auto play "the next related video" So they are tweaking with more improvements.
