Original Signal is a new breed of artist development company. While we provide many of the services of a typical record label — marketing (both online and offline), A&R, publicity, creative design, etc — we offer a modern outlook; an innovative and dynamic approach to developing artists in a new world.

Our staff members have worked with artists as diverse as The White Stripes, Radiohead, Beck, Beastie Boys, Sigur Ros, Linkin Park, Tom Petty, KRS-ONE, The Walkmen, M. Ward, Black Eyed Peas, Cursive and Margot and The Nuclear So & Sos. We've got a wealth of experience having worked at companies like V2 Records, Warner Brothers Records, RED INK, Capitol Records, Nasty Little Man, Girlie Action.

We function independently of the major label system while benefiting from our close association with it. We can react quickly. We have a lean but extremely specialized staff. Most importantly, we have the freedom to only work on the projects we love.
