A:Yes but it's better if you PM about or comment on a video. (IF YOUR THE TYPE OF PERSION THAT HATES TO DO ILLEGAL THINGS THEN ONLY PIRATE THINGS YOU OWN)

Q:Are Emulators illegal?
A:No...!

Q:Is downloading ROMs/ISOs or any other backup games format illegal?
A:Some are and some are not, and the ones that are you can still download them if you own them or you can be a pirate ;)

Q:How do you download ISOs that have parts?
A:Download WinRAR its require or if you already have a program to unzip stuff then thats good.
After getting all the parts from the desktop or whatever.
click the first part there might be more than one option.
If its one then just extract it and you will have the full game and if not extract all of if needed or just extract the .IMG or .BIN or .ISO depending which format it is. (Some games will need the supporting files .CUE and others "thats if you experience a blank screen)
