Theresa Pranananda wants to encourage people from all countries, from all religions, from all ages to look inside, to turn towards the inside to look for the true fulfillment in life.
All the time we are running after some goal, we are running towards some day in the future hoping our dreams will be fulfilled. We are hoping to get fulfillment from the outside - whether from a person or an object.

But the truth is: We will never be fulfilled by things that are outside. Theresas body once weighed 265 lbs. She knows that no food, no drinking, no smoking, no addiction, noone from the outside can give us the inner fulfillment and love that we need.
True love and true fulfillment and joy always flower from within to the outside. Love doesn't force, doesn't ask, doesn't take, it always gives unconditionally and flows from an unlimited source. It never gets tired.

Turn to the inside and look for this source. It is there!
In every human being it is there!

You have everything that you need inside of you. Nothing is missing.
Simply stop looking outside, identifying with things that will disappear anyway some day. But you are always here, find out the unchanging behind all the changing. What is it, that is always here to perceive all thoughts, all emotions, all illness, all change appear and disappear?

Look within, surrender to existence and you will come to know a true kingdom inside that you were never even been able to think of, to imagine. Liberation once and for all from the delusion of suffering and anxiety, of being afraid of and threatened by the outside world, of not being lovable, of not being "good enough", of always needing to run in order to improve or add somehing to ourselves that we think is missing.

Nothing is missing. You are already perfect and whole. You are only looking in the wrong places, the wrong direction.

Open your eyes for your true self in a loving and compassionate way.
Stop judging yourself and others.
Accept yourself as you are and in that openness of the heart encounter the real Self, which was always here, which can never be lost.
