Near all, secular & very democratic! Liberal Oman, the only Islamic one there!! Yes, Israel (understandably) like Lebanon is in the bottom lot! They had a war recently!! That is what put them there! (like USA over Iraq) Other-wise they, would have been much higher! The 1st (half) 60 countries are near all the most secular and liberal. The USA will change next year, through democracy! Bush's political rule is near over! Pity most of the others in the 2nd half of this llist, are not democratic enough yet & can't vote their rulers out!!
