Voulez-Vous is the sixth studio album by Swedish pop group ABBA, released in 1979. It was the first ABBA album to be recorded at Polar Music Studios in Stockholm, and the only ABBA album to include a studio recording made outside Sweden. Voulez-Vous sold more than 400,000 in UK in the first week alone[1] Voulez-Vous was first released in CD in 1984. The album has been reissued in digitally remastered form three times; first in 1997, then in 2001 and again in 2005 as part of the The Complete Studio Recordings box set.
"Does Your Mother Know?", originally "I Can Do It", is the name of a song recorded in 1979 by Swedish pop group ABBA, and was the second single to be released from their album Voulez-Vous. The B-side was "Kisses of Fire", also taken from the album.
"Does Your Mother Know?" was recorded in February 1979 and released as a single in April of that year. Written by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus, the song is something of a pastiche to 1950s/early 1960s-style rock and roll, and touches on the subject of a man flirting with a much younger girl. "Does Your Mother Know?" deviated from the typical 'ABBA at their most famous' formula, in that the lead vocals were sung not by the female vocalists (Agnetha Fältskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad) as was usually the case, but by Björn Ulvaeus.
"Does Your Mother Know?" was another sizable ABBA hit, hitting No.1 in Belgium and reaching the Top Five in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands. It was also a Top 10 hit in Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia) and West Germany. In the United States, "Does Your Mother Know?" would become ABBA's penultimate Top 20 hit, reaching No.19.

The initial idea for the song came in summer 2006, when Lene Alexandra was playing football. According to Norway's largest newspaper VG, she hit one of her breasts, and after a few days someone asked her: "Is your boob okay?", to which she answered: "Yes, my boobs are okay."
Chart success:
"My Boobs Are ok" debuted at number 15 on the Norwegian charts, and has climbed up a position each week, to a current peak position as # 5. It also peaked at #5 on the top downloads. It debuted at # 23 in the Swedish charts (current peak position is # 20) and at # 12 on the top downloads, and # 1 on top video downloads.

The Vapors were a New Wave and power pop band from England that existed between 1979 and 1981. They had a hit with the song "Turning Japanese" in 1980, which reached #3 in the UK Singles Chart, and #36 in the corresponding U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Based in Guildford in Surrey, their members were David Fenton (songwriter, guitarist and vocalist), Howard Smith (drummer), Edward Bazalgette (lead guitar) and Steve Smith (bass guitarist and vocals). Prior to coming to prominence on the UK music scene the band had originally comprised Dave Fenton, Rob Kemp, Mike Hedges, Simon Childs and Michael Jordan (Bob Heard replaced Michael Jordan for a brief period).
Their early musical style owed a great deal to New Wave and Mod influences such as The Jam, Secret Affair and The Jags. Indeed, they were discovered and managed by The Jam's bass player, Bruce Foxton. Also the song for which they are mainly remembered, "Turning Japanese", was produced by The Jam's producer Vic Coppersmith-Heaven and hit the UK Top Three at the same time that "Going Underground" was at number one. It was also a big hit in some other territories, notably Australia.
The band released two albums: New Clear Days (the pun on "nuclear" being intentional) and Magnets. The first was more clearly in the "traditional" New Wave style of music, while touching on social issues such as the nuclear threat as well as love themes. The second album dealt more extensively with themes of alienation, with many dark lyrics about apparently psychotic characters, including the opening track, "Jimmie Jones", about cult leader Jim Jones. Sales of the second album were poor and the band broke up soon after its release in 1981. Fenton alleged in a later interview with Record Collector magazine that lack of record company support was the chief reason; apparently their intended seventh single 'Red Flag' was cancelled without explanation.
A solicitor who specializes in music law, frontman Fenton has apparently retired from his days as a music creator and performer to concentrate on legal aspects of the industry.
Edward Bazalgette has since become a television director, credits including a 2005 BBC documentary about Genghis Khan.
