One question+
when a person is about to face something challenging, that he/she ought to do, they sometimes feel fear...a tightening, a knot, and worse. Its human to fear new challenges.
For example, there are accomplished singers, actors, musicians that deal with feeling sick before each production, bc of nerves, yet they battle through that part and relax and enjoy once they begin their performance.
So how does that fit in?
