I have noticed over the last number of moves that it seemed they were about to enter a new phase
of their testing and using and developing sometype of plasma
kinetic EM field that they have surrounding the planet inside of
our atmosphere.

I will venture a guess this device might have something to do
with them entering Phase II.

I will watch the rest of the video now, and see what I can learn
from this. I did notice the EM energy in the beginning showing
up along the metal walls of the shaft.
