Mega man 9 came out for Wiiware in September this year in America. It's 8-bit because Capcom wanted it to look like an NES game.

1. A capture card is something that you can film video games without showing anything except what's going on in th video game (so it won't show a TV or anything).
2. You buy it at a store.
3. The way i do it is just hook up the ACV from my Wii/Gamecube, and record it on my computer, but I recently figured out a way to be able to record easier.
