I wanted to get 4 green LED fans, but now only was I short on money, but they only had a blue LED fan. The 2 on the side of the xbox I pryed from 2 old PC power supplys. Took me about 1 hour for the first set of fans (Ones on the side), and 20 miniutes for the second set (The ones at the exhaust grill).

Here is a mod I cooked up in a matter of minutes really. I actually purchased an Intercooler EX, but after about 20 minutes of operation I decided even the new and improved EX version in my opinion at least doubled the normal 360 noise. I looked at a few other fan mods where people bought the intercooler housing and modded it, but that seemed to be a waste of 20 bucks if you are only going to use it for the plastic housing. Just a bit of plexiglass works great with double sided tape. I already had the plexi and tape lying around and the plan fell into place.
