You were asking for the name of the LINDEN EFFECT stress program. It is a scam though. It is just a man who writes books and sends you relaxation tapes, soft sounds playing and such. I've actually tried it. He charges up to 300 dollars for his HORRIBLY written 8th grade level books and workbooks. You can get the same tapes he sells for 100 bucks to you at the Hallmark store or Target on CD for 12 dollars; "Sounds of Nature" If you really do struggle with anxiety -his scam will just bother you even more, he makes paranoid people WORSE! Therepy and medication are more likely to give you some relief.
