CELTIC FC:
Celtic is a club for anyone regardless of religion, nationality or race and always has been since 1888.

Celtic was formed as a charitable organisation to provide funds for the needy people of Glasgow in the late 19th century, including many Irish immigrants. The name "Celtic" was chosen to represent the links between Scottish and Irish culture.

Celtic were the first British club to win the European Cup and the first to win nine domestic titles in a row. Celtic have the unique honour of winning all of these one-off British Cup competitions:

In recognition of the achievements of the greatest manager in Scottish football history, Jock Stein, here is Celtic's record while he was manager at the club from 1965 to 1977:

HENRIK LARSSON MBE:
Henrik Larsson, the football world's king of kings, gave a magnificent 7 years to Celtic Football Club and became an all-time great. In just 314 appearances he scored an incredible 242 goals to become the third top scorer in the club's entire history.

Henrik Larsson holds the record for the highest number of goals scored in one season: 53

He is the top scorer for a British club in all European competitions.

He won 8 winners medals during his time in Scotland and has a remarkable tally of honours in the professional game during a sparkling career.

SECTARIANISM:
I'm happy to acknowledge that there are good and bad people on both sides of the sectarian divide in Glasgow. My philosophy is, if you're not prepared to say anything positive then don't say anything at all. In fact, saying nothing at all might be a good way forward for the bigots otherwise your club could end up getting points deducted.

The new measures to erradicate sectarianism by docking points comes into effect now and it will be interesting to see what develops from this. The last thing any of us want is for the mindless minority to mess things up for the rest of us. Enjoy the football but be mindful of what you sing and chant because it could cost your club the championship !

THE OLD FIRM:
Its always good to hear from non-bigoted Rangers fans on youtube who are interested in only football. There are too many thick bigots on youtube who are only interested in trading insults which is boring and irritating. Let's exercise a little more mutual respect and have fun talking about the football. Despite a famous quote, it really is only a game. Its not a matter of life and death, so let's keep it friendly.

HATERS:
Hate comments are a sad reflection of human nature. The anonymity of the internet makes it possible for people to abuse others without being held accountable for their actions. Its the way of the coward. Most haters post their filth because they are unhappy in life. Its their way of getting back at the world to make up for their own shortcomings. In other words, haters are losers.
