Maginnis - who had a long-time affiliation with the Family Research Council and appears regularly on an end-of-days radio show - was introduced merely as a person who writes for "Human Events."

Chief Judge Vaughn Walker of the US District Court in California has ruled that President George W. Bush is a felon. The ruling stems from the case of Al-Harmain Islamic Foundation Inc. v Bush, a case which will now be remembered as making it official that Bush's program of 'is illegal.
Judge Walker held that the president lacks the authority to disregard the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA — which means Bush's warrantless electronic surveillance program was illegal. Whether Bush will ultimately be held accountable for violating federal law with the program remains unclear. Bush administration lawyers have fought vigorously — at times using brazen, logic-defying tactics — to prevent that from happening. Edgar Hoover blush. It would seem to me that it's now well established that Bush is indictable in a Federal Court. It is also my understanding that any sitting federal judge can now --upon his/her own motion --convene a federal grand jury to investigate Bush's many violations of federal law, not the least of which are US Codes, Title 18, Section 2441, which make Bush subject to the penalty of death for each death of his war of aggression in Iraq.

Ron Paul: "I've won a lot of races over the years and it is usually for two reasons. One: to maximize the vote and win the election if I can but it also rungs in the long term.
I am trying to change things, trying to change the country we realize that there is a lot of enthusiasm for the message and I think the other candidates are in many ways in denial and they talk about so many things.
It doesn't have much to do with what our real problems are , you know, they get off on this fruitless issues.
Interviewer: You look at the Democratic side between Hilary Clinton and Barack Obama, how do you look at that race?
Ron Paul: "Probably will be Obama, but I don't have much more insight than anybody else, because everyday is a different story that comes out, and then the media works both of 'em over pretty well.
Interviewer: Let's talk about Iraq for a moment
Ron Paul: The statistics show that a very vast majority, a large number of Iraqis, no matter what side they are on, don't want us there.
I don't see any purpose in saying, the plain truth is, that the finances will determine, not the politics, of the debates going on in Washington.
Interviewer: What will you do with the Federal Reserve?
Ron Paul: It should be eliminated. We shouldn't have it. There's never been any paper authority, there is no constitutional authority´.
We are challenging the Status Quo.
I mean, if it's the Federal Reserve, it's the Banking System, there is a lot of interest involved.
Where an Investment Bank, like Bear Sterns, is starting to go under, and all over sudden the Federal Reserve prints more money and lends it to J. P. Morgan, does that hurt us as a nation?
Ron Paul:
Oh, it is a disaster. And it hurts some of the people more than the other.
It will be successful to some degree, yet, the people who suffer the most are the ones who get the use of the money down the road.
They are just paying the consequences of diluting the value of our money.
So that is why it is so wicked.
Interviewer: You know, what I would like to see, congressman? The 911 commission reopened again. A new investigation. I can agree with that and that's my position.
Interviewer: What would you do with the IRS, congressman?
Ron Paul: Get rid of it! Quickly!
