Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas is a Federally Qualified Patient-Centered Health Center dedicated to providing quality health care to everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Originally opened by Mt. Carmel Regional Medical Center as an extension of its mission, it is now a patient-owned and operated organization.

The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas employs more than 260 professionals and support staff at eight clinic sites in Crawford, Cherokee, Montgomery and Allen counties.
