Hi Denis, I agree with Martin plus the fact that your chords Am is Am6 to me or D9, and so forth.
Phrases are toolong tobe learned piece to peace, they shold be better off if you coud separate every four beats, so when we learn one, go to the next and so. Also tell us if they are part of arpegios or scales so we can practise.
I've been playing jazz all these years, only as a hobby since I always worked in my profession, I also play argentine folklore, tangos, boleros, bossa, and would like to learn a little more gypsy jazz and also soloing, improvise, I have more time to practise now, and don't
lose my hope to get better some day.
Thx and show more and also explain more and easy.

Hi Denis,

I am musician since 30 years. Some years ago I started learning Gypsy Jazz, still practicing all those arprggios, chords and scales...

Normally when I watch Gypsy Jazz video lessons, it's boring because I know most of the stuff. When I watch Gypsy-Master videos, this happens:
The master speaks half hour about some beginner chord progression, easy stuff. And then in the end he plays superfast a wonderful very tricky chord melody and speaks not one word about it.

Or the master teaches a scale, arpeggio or something, beginner stuff too. After half hour superslow am7 D7 Gmaj7, I almost sleep....
then he plays a special fantastic superfast melody...and not looses 1 word about it....
You are the 1st one to show more, you open your trick bag. And because I play the same style I know how difficult it is.

Go on, show more!!! You are good and your way of teaching is excellent. Thxalot, best regards and respect...

Martin
