Core of bluegrass music with country, blues, and rock influence.

Dan has been playing bluegrass music since he was 11, and was raised in a music-healthy home. He has played with groups Bearfoot Bluegrass, Ginger Boatwright & the Sipsey River Band, Rank Strangers, and Wellstrung Bluegrass to name a few. While his first and main instrument is upright bass, Dan is also an accomplished mandolinist and guitarist, and sings harmony whenever it is needed. He has also written several original songs, drawing influence from his bluegrass and country heroes as well as personal experience.
