Why the name Darth Scumbagus? Because in today's age, what is bad is good and what is good is bad... so I am the worst!

In a nutshell: Universal Medicine replaces the heavily government regulated insurance companies and weds the government itself with health care. Doctors used to be able to charge the minimum (what people can afford) now they charge they MAXIMUM (what insurance companies afford)making prices skyrocket. When Universal Medicine takes effect expect to have 10-20% or more taken out of your paycheck hensforth in taxes to pay for illegal immigrants who paid no taxes.
