Set up a web page for voters to pledge to WRITE-IN: RON PAUL and keep a running tab online for all to see. Via that web page, provide a means for voters to acquire and use paper ballots, either absentee (available to everyone) or requested paper ballots. As people actually vote and report to the web page that they have (the same folks who pledged to vote), a check mark is placed by the person on their pledge and the vote is graphed online. Feed the results to news sources. |
