This is from a recent article by Kevin Maurer about the pregnant GI who was murdered in Fort Bragg:
"They're also investigating a letter sent to the local newspaper, purportedly from the killer, that included a symbol similar to one used by the famed Zodiac killer of the 1960s. Police said Monday that a similar symbol was found on a mirror in Touma's motel room. There was no mention Monday in Sportsman's statement of a letter sent to The Fayetteville Observer. Sportsman had previously said authorities believe the author's confession of being a serial killer was an attempt to mislead investigators and the media. The letter included a symbol similar to one used by the Zodiac killer, who was blamed for at least five slayings in California in the late 1960s but never caught. "I will start using my role-model's signature," the author says in the letter, which was posted on the newspaper's Web site." |

I recommend people browse Dr Van Nuys radio shows and listen to one or two that you find of interest--He is a real good interviewer. You know what else is scary? Those gift cards. Its another attempt to lead people out of reality through the card.

The Manson links are just beyond scary. I dont want to know. I try to nail these murders into the coffin of a simple explanation LIKE- the first murder led back to Z so Z engaged in several murders to establish an M O as a disguise for the first murder. Z led the police away from the first murder trail by claiming the first murder as his ( his as Z ) So Z and the Z M O is a disguise. Like what in heck is the school bus distraction? That is like a Z within a Z. But those Manson people are just larger than life.

If we had a person like Dr. David here on the case of the Zodiac killer during the 60's, Zodiac wouldnt have gotten past the first 2 people.
