What you see is called "Martial Arts Tricking" and is done by professional Martial Artists. So DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME ;) hehe. But if you want to, you could learn all these tricks from the 2nd Disc of the Loopkicks DVD which is packed with professional "HOW 2s" (Tutorials).
"Tricking" is all about the progress of learning how to use the body at full potential, breaking the own limits, over and over. It includes movements from Martial Arts, Wushu, Capoeira, Gymnastics, Breakdance, Parkour and has originated endless of new tricks / moves.

Keep in mind that everything you see in this video is executed on regular dojo mats ! No jumping gymnastic floor ! No wires !
And yes, these astonishing moves are actually NOT practicable self-defence techniques. That's obvious. Though they are executed with a lot of power and strength !

Today was a referencing day, we got to reference a track written by Pizzi for our Crystal project. The song came out hot and is a little different from all our uptempo beats, the name is Air I Breathe. You get to hear a good amount of it in the video so check it out. After we wrapped the studio we had a guest appearance from Pupi (Poopi), he's only 3yrs old and loves to spend time in the studio/booth. We got him to do us a drop so we can put on our tracks, check it out....
