Religious followers have had every aspect of their scripture disproven or discredited by knowledge but pin their beliefs on their one last claim that 'science can't explain how it all started'.

The premise of their argument and creation theories are based around the logic that 'everything must have started somewhere', there has to be a 'beginning'.

But is this really logical? Or is it in fact illogical that there was a 'beginning'.

You see, to claim a beginning, is to put a boundary on time, which is illogical. It assumes 'Nothingness' (for lack of a better word), prior to this beginning, and nothingness is unfathomable. And more illogical than a need for a beginning.

It is the same as to suggest our universe has boundaries. But as a boundary would require, nothingness, beyond it, it is also illogical, as it would not therefore be a boundary.

Similarly the 'nothingness' prior to a 'beginning' means it can't actually have been the beginning.

So the need for a beginning is not logical at all, but completely illogical.

If space and matter were just always in existence, without boundary and unlimited by time, always just, there, we have a case for logic.


I'm not saying religion doesn't have its uses. Personally I turn to it whenever I want my intelligence insulted.

The amount of anti-atheism videos is predictable.

Once again the religious propaganda machine steps straight past the facts to defend its lies, with 'atheist hate speak', via infantile debates that are based on nothing but religious fantasy. The followers lap it up, yelling, "death to those dirty atheists". Making it a personal vendetta, as usual.

Atheists don't hate people, we hate religion, and how it corrupts our weak minded brothers and sisters.

With luck, you will one day understand that atheists are defending you, and all humanity, from religious oppression.

Because nobody understands the reality of religion, more than atheists.
