"Can you build maximum muscle and lose maximum fat at the same time?
The answer is NO..
In order for you to build muscles, you must consume more calories than what your body burns. If you want to burn fat, you must burn more calories than what you are taking in.
It is really that simple. The truth is you can NOT build maximum muscle and lose maximum fat at the same time because they are two conflicting goals.
The only exception to this rule is if you are an absolute beginner or you are taking steroids. However, you can build muscle without gaining body-fat or at least minimizing the amount of fat gained. You just can't get maximum fat loss while trying to build muscle too.
My main point is stick with just one goal. Either aim for at loss or muscle gain. Don't try to do both.
If your main goal is to build muscle while preventing body fat gain, then you must watch this video.

About a week ago, I revealed my 30 Minutes To Six Pack Abs Workout Video.
However, I received a lot of comments saying that it wouldn't work because I didn't have a single crunch or situp xercise in the video.
It is not that I forgot to add it. It is because I am trying to prove a point.
You can NOT get six pack abs from just doing hundreds of crunches. In fact, you don't even need to do a single crunch to get six pack abs.
The truth is everybody has a six pack (or even an 8 pack) but you just can't see it because of the layers of fat on top of it.
Ab crunches do NOT burn the fat thats on your stomach. You will get far better results from training your entire body with compound movements such as squats, lunges, pullups, and pushups. .
As you can see, I am using my entire body to boost my metabolism. Don't expect any crunches here.
Six Pack Abs are made when your body fat percentage is low enough. Sorry.... You can do 500 crunches per day and that is still not enough to reduce your body fat percentage.

Summer is approaching really fast. It has been very warm lately where I live so I have been bringing my workout training outside at my local park..
Basically, I am going back to the basics and I am loving the new challenge. Using my own bodyweight as the machine to keep me in condition.
This is the Outdoor Bodyweight Conditioning Workout Routine that I did a few days ago
If you want to follow it, here are the workout instructions:
1a: Rope Push - 20 reps 1b: Modified Pistol Squat - 15 reps per side 2a: Recline Pull - 15 reps 2b: Jump Squat - 20 reps 3a: Side Pull up - 20 reps 3a: Alternating Split Squat Jump - 20 reps 4a: Bodyweight Shoulder Press - 15 reps 4b: Bulgarian Squat - 15 reps per side 5a: Windshield Wiper - 20 reps 5b: The Flag - 15 seconds per side
All exercises are done in a superset between upper body and lower body. For example, Rope Pushup are supersetted with a Modified Pistol Squat. Do NOT rest within the superset, but rest 30 seconds after the lower body before repeating the superset again. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds total. Proceed to the next superset (2a and 2b).
