One of my students (2006-2007) informed me of the site('Cause I'm always out of, well everything), so thought I'd check it out. Maybe use it as a teaching tool if I find anything interesting.

I'm a 29 year-old, science teacher which probably makes me a science nerd who actually enjoys what I do. Other than that I like reading Newsweek, nature walks, running, the Vikes, Twins and Wild, I'm also big on comedies and politics.

I'm a spiritual, sentimental kinda guy, and as time's gone by I've been drawn to trust deeply in my beliefs and I know that generally science and beliefs have great tendencies to clash and burn and whatever else but well... Let's not get into all that. Let's keep it semi-pretty.

On that note, I've been deployed to Iraq twice (Like that's keeping it semi-pretty) I've been blessed with the chance to be here with you all, here at YouTube today and all the other days. Though it's all in good cause and I'm proud to go out there in ordinance for our Great country but, I'd rather not to be deployed again, it's mostly my students, they'd hate it and I'd miss 'em.

As you can see the ring around my life is teaching, I love to do it. I'm glad to have had some awesome kids this past year. Whole batch of new ones coming in the fall (Can't wait for that)I'm known as "The tough teacher" but I think that's exaggerated, I just like to let them think for themselves.
