RICH SEVERSON has been playing professionally and teaching guitar for over 35 years. Originally from the L.A. area, Rich taught guitar at GIT/Musicians Institute, in Hollywood, CA. Moving his family to central CA he taught guitar and directed the jazz band at Fresno Pacific University. Rich toured with many of the great Rock n Roll oldies. In 1989 after authoring 3 guitar books for a major publisher, he developed and published his own home study guitar course curriculum which is available at WWW.GUITARCOLLEGE.COM.

Currently he is the band director and guitarist at Northside Christian Church in Fresno, CA and plays in a variety of venues from solo guitar to big band orchestras.

Rich is committed to raising the level of musicianship in the church traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada instructing and playing at variety of Christian worship conferences, clinics and seminars.
