Folks call me C.W., which is my first and middle initial. I am a veteran of both the Navy and National Guard. My working life has been in the area of Mass Transit Management/Consulting, Director and Handler of the Ross Allen Reptile Shows Of Florida, and Country Music. Having been, and remaining, a licensed pilot, most of my adult life, aviation continues to be enjoyable and one of my favorite things to do, outside of my music. Throughout all of this, Country Music always seemed to be in the forefront of all I've ever done. I've always been involved in Country Music in one way or another. I used to have a reputation of walking away from everything I was doing when a call came in to go play a show or work on a recording session.

I've been around Country Music since the day I was born. I was playing a guitar at the age of 8 and in a band at age 11. I've lost count of the groups I've worked with over the years, but It's been quite a ride! I've always enjoyed classic country the best, although I enjoy various types of music, from gospel to some pop, rock, and classical.

I have a tremendous amount of admiration for anyone with a great singing voice, blended with charisma, who can take center stage and conduct a professional and entertaining performance. That, in my opinion, is a unique combination that very few are blessed with. The performances of the late Marty Robbins is an example of, what I consider to be, a true entertainer! Marty would have the audience in the palm of his hand within minutes after steping into the spotlight. I also have a great deal of admiration for a child who can really sing. Connie Talbot is an example!

I've been writing some songs recently that I've got here on youtube. I am certainly NOT a singer, by any stretch of the imagination, and I'm well aware of that. However, if just one person gets any enjoyment from any one of my postings on youtube, then I consider the time I spend doing this worthwhile.

My pup in the background is Candy, an Australian Shepherd, when she was 7 weeks old. Huggable, wouldn't you say?
