My current channel background is The Frisco Hotel and Restaurant ("Open Day and Night") and train station at Valley Park, in western St. Louis County. This is how it appeared in a 1910 postcard, image contributed by James B. Whitlow.

I enjoy all great music, but my site focus is early 20th century American music. When I am not playing piano, I also enjoy Idaho's playground.

I've seen nearly all of your vids and... well if you ever go on tour in the UK, you could consider a ticket sold! I particularly like old Afro-American stuff and piano jazz made famous by the likes of T.Monk and even Oscar Peterson. So could we have some more jazz/ragtime please, and keep up the good work on your channel, Karen! - a fan in England.
