Jason is the best contestant so far from Seasons 1-7. I have not seen anyone like him. He is genuine and definitely unique. Yes! he should have won. But in the eyes of his fans he will always be our idol. This season's AI was interesting because of Jason. My family and I were glued to the t.v. because of him. When Jason got booted off, we were so miserable and had to force ourselves to watch AI just for the heck of it. When ever he came on we somehow had smiles on our faces. He touched us so deeply by the way he sang. His style is amazing and we hope he could make an album asap. We missed him dearly. We never fail to watch him on youtube everyday! All the best to you Jason.

yes jason castro COULD have won, if he wasn't so laid back, he had the perfect voice!!!!!! and he was so different from everyone else :'( .. like i would've bought his cd if he won. but david cook did deserve to win,, he put in so much effort and has the perfect style!!
