I'm a mom of 3 who is epileptic due to a car accident (My car vs a deer, I lost). That's the reason I never finished college. It kinda sucks trying to go back when the college kids are almost the same age as yours. Also, some employers act like you're poisonous when they find out you have seizures. I have COMPLEX PARTIAL seizures, which means I don't convulse. I "blank out", stare, get confused & don't know where I am or who the people around me are. The whole thing lasts 20 mins or less. The side effects from the medication I take are sometimes worse than the seizures themselves. My hair fell out in handfulls, everything tasted funny, I got flashing lights in my vision, & this one medication could potentially cause kidney stones, so I had to drink sooo much water that I had to pee all the time. I am very friendly & outgoing, so if anybody wants to shoot the breeze, holler at me!
