	planet7news \| July 17, 2008 Your video on panic disorder is brilliant. I've had the night episodes for about 10 years. The way you filmed it is exacly what happens to me. I think it help to know someone else has experienced the same thing. I've found not eating too close to bedtime is one of the ways of preventing it.
